Box has no manufacturer information . Not sure if it is related to the Debbie Elegant doll of the 1960's. The box has 'Debbie Charlie" written all over it with a picture of Charlie on the box. The box is unsealed but the doll looks unused with cellophane over her head, a tie around her waist and head and her shoes still sealed. Box has some wear and a price tag sticker. A rare find.
